Participants acknowledge that promotional accommodation DO NOT require you to attend a timeshare predestination.

There is no obligation to purchase any products or services during your stay. Declining to purchase will not affect the validity of the promotional accommodation provided eligibility requirements are met.

If a selected accommodation is unavailable for the requested travel dates, the provider may offer an alternative accommodation of equal or greater value at no additional cost. Determinations regarding equivalency are made by the provider.

SurveyGuru facilitates access to surveys and promotional opportunities but does not control the execution, fulfillment, quality, or delivery of third-party products, services, accommodations, presentations, or associated benefits.

Important: Each promotional offer promoted via SurveyGuru has its own specific set of terms and conditions. These offer-specific terms will be presented to you after completing the survey and before any payment is required. Consent to Communications and Marketing

By providing your telephone number, mobile number, email address, or other contact information to SurveyGuru, whether through a survey, registration form, opt-in field, or any other point of submission on the platform, you expressly consent to receive telephonic sales calls, marketing calls, promotional messages, transactional messages, prerecorded messages, voice messages, SMS text messages, MMS messages, push notifications, and email communications from SurveyGuru and its third-party Partners, affiliates, and marketing clients at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you have provided.

You acknowledge and agree that such communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated SMS messaging platforms.

You understand that your consent to receive such communications is not a condition of participating in any survey, qualifying for any incentive, or purchasing any product or service. Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS, MMS, or data-based communications you receive, in accordance with the rate plan you have with your wireless carrier. SurveyGuru is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time. To opt out of SMS or text message communications, reply STOP to any text message you receive. To opt out of email marketing communications, follow the unsubscribe instructions contained within any marketing email. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly, but please allow reasonable time for processing.

You acknowledge that electronic communications transmitted to or from SurveyGuru and its Partners shall be deemed authentic and binding as received. SurveyGuru shall not be responsible for communication errors, transmission failures, equipment malfunction, delivery delays, or technical disruptions affecting the receipt of communications.

Travel Offer Fulfillment Disclaimer

Certain promotional offers made available through SurveyGuru may include travel-related accommodations, vacation packages, resort stays, experiences, or hard goods ("Travel Offers").

SurveyGuru does not own, operate, manage, sell, or fulfill any Travel Offers. All Travel Offers are fulfilled, administered, and delivered exclusively by independent third-party travel providers, which may include travel clubs, reservation platforms, wholesalers, or fulfillment companies.

Without limitation, travel accommodations and vacation packages may be fulfilled by 3rd party affiliated fulfillment partners, acting independently of SurveyBoss.

SurveyGuru is not the merchant of record for any Travel Offer and does not control:

• Resort assignments

• Refund, cancellation, or substitution policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveyGuru disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding third-party products, services, incentives, accommodations, or experiences, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
